Summary of Updates to the OMPA Rules
Section 1.01(d) - Updated to reflect recent league practice that first day of workouts will be Monday of week containing May 1
Section 1.02(a) - Updated to reflect expiration of USA Swimming exemption after 2013 season
Section 1.07(a) -Swimsuits section updated to reflect rules changes passed last year
Section 2.15(a)-(d) - Eliminated in favor of incorporation of USA Swimming Rules (eliminates outdated references to recalls on false starts)
Section 3.01(b)-(c) - Clarified and updated definition of B swimmer
Section 5.02(b) - Clarified that time trials and intrasquad meet times can be used for seeding purposes in the OMPA championship meet
Article VII - Incorporates global default to USA Swimming Rules where not specifically addressed in OMPA rules
